Mineralization
Zones of mineralization included on the property occur as stratiform, lenticular and vein, trending north-northwest, as inter-layered and fracture zones in the Upper Triassic Lieyi Group on the contact zone at of the northern margin of the Rongcuoyi intrusion according to the work reports in 2010 (Deyi, 2010 and Haiqing, 2010) by the Geophysical Exploration Team of Sichuan Bureau of Geology and Mineral Prospecting and Development.
There is a zoning trend of Sn → Sn-Zn → Sn-Zn-Pb-Ag, probably reflecting increasing distance to the intrusion. Seventeen bodies of mineralization have been defined on the property associated with six mineral belts, shear zones. The basic features of the bodies of mineralization are summarized in the table below.

The main minerals in the zones of mineralization are cassiterite, sphalerite, stannite, pyrite, pyrrhotite, limonite, arsenopyrite, marcasite, chalcopyrite and galena.
The mineral deposition sequence is:
Cassiterite
Pyrite – pyrrhotite
Sphalerite and galena
Chalcopyrite
Cassiterite, pyrite-pyrrhotite and marmatite form as enriched veins or masses. Mineralized bodies have a multi-phase hydrothermal origin, producing an uneven spatial distribution of tin, zinc and other metals.
The mineralization in the main block occurs in altered sandstone, tectonic breccias, skarn and massive silver-lead-zinc.
